ABERDEEN−New Jersey State Police have released the names of the three people killed in a sideswipe crash on the Garden State Parkway Sunday evening.
The two passengers in the Nissan Sentra that went off the road have been identified as Detriona Young, 26, and Janiyah Rudolph, 24, both of Asbury Park, Trooper II Charles Marchand said.
The person driving the Sentra was Ajene Brodie, 25, of Shrewsbury Borough, Marchand said.
Troopers were called to the scene shortly after 7:15 p.m. Sunday on the report of a crash at milepost 119.7 in the local lanes.

According to a preliminary investigation, the Nissan Sentra and a Nissan Maxima were both heading south when the sideswipe occurred. It was not immediately clear exactly how the collision happened.
The Sentra went off the right side of the road, hit a metal post and struck a tree, the state police said Monday.
The name of the driver of the Maxima was not released.
