In Urban Decay Mayor Mamdani visits a man who charged a cop with a knife and got shot for it (he’s on the knife guy’s side) followed by a story about a juvenile killer who got released after only serving 18 months because he completed a self improvement course. After that we show you how some folks seem to be having fun in jail. We end the segment with a doctor’s office admin “removing racial bias” from medical forms.
