Gemma Collins has revealed she’s aided her jaw-dropping three stone weight loss by sitting in an ice chamber.
The former TOWIE star, 40, shared her newfound love for cryotherapy during a recent episode of her podcast, revealing she’ll strip naked to enter the chamber with temperatures close to -200C.
It comes after Gemma gushed she’d enjoyed a ‘magical’ night out at the 2021 BRIT Awards as she documentated her evening on social media, after arriving on the red carpet in an eye-catching silver gown.

Gemma revealed the cryogenic chambers has helped with her recent weight loss by exposing her body to the incredibly low temperatures.

She told her podcast listeners: ‘I’ve been doing some really cool stuff. I went into an ice chamber and, yes, I was naked.
‘It was minus 188C and it freezes your body and it starts getting rid of all your fat. I actually want one put in my house. I want to go in it all day every day.’
Having documented her recent weight loss on social media, Gemma added that she’s decided to give up cakes.

Bare all! She told her podcast listeners: ‘I’ve been doing some really cool stuff. I went into an ice chamber and, yes, I was naked!’
She continued: ‘After working out you just think, that bit of cake, that’s another hour doing squat thrusts with weights — hell, no, it’s not worth it.’
More recently, whole body cryo-chambers have reportedly helped ease pain and inflammation in multiple sclerosis and arthritis patients.
Spas and wellness centres are also increasingly offering cold therapy under the promise it speeds up muscle recovery, boosts energy and aids sleep.
The US Food and Drug Administration does not recommend cyro-chambers, warning they can cause asphyxiation, frostbite and eye injuries.
The NHS only recommends cold therapy to freeze off warts or verrucas when done by a GP.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Gemma shares a snap of the bottle of champagne she enjoyed and said: ‘Guys I’m celebrating Little Mix has just made history. I’ve done done ten years in showbiz to drink cheap stuff tonight. I’m on the DP all the way.’
The star was referring to the fact that Little Mix became the first female group to take home the Best British Band award on the night.
On the way home in her car, Gemma gushed about Elton John’s performance and said she hoped he would sing his famous hit Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word.
She said: ‘Elton John you were amazing, you were the highlight of my night. Elton, if you know who I am, and you’re watching this, can I book you?
‘I just love that song. I’ve got to be up at 7:30 in the morning to train. We had fun but it’s time to go to bed honey. It was great time.’
She then added: ‘Oh I think I’ve ripped my dress. Typical.’

Gemma is currently on a gruelling fitness journey after already shedding an astonishing three stone.
The star previously said she feels ‘more confident than ever’ thanks to her committed work out regime and healthy eating after ditching controversial diet jabs.
Speaking to New Magazine last month about her fitness regime, Gemma said: ‘I feel more confident than ever.
‘I don’t weigh myself every week although to be honest I did this week and I lost another half a stone.

She went on to say that it doesn’t really matter what the scales are saying but it’s more about how you feel in yourself.

She also made her debut BRITs performance with an elegant rendition of Hope and decorated the set as a sunflower field in a nod to the name of her debut album.
The most nominated girl band in BRIT Award history, Little Mix, finally bagged the title of British Group and made history as the first-ever girl band to win, having been up for the award three previous times.
Meanwhile, the International Group category followed a similar suit, with the California girlband HAIM in attendance to accept their award.

And the accolade for International Female was given to the 19-year-old Bad Guy hitmaker Billie Eilish, who accepted the award via a pre-recorded video acceptance speech.
The Weeknd emerged victorious in the International Male Solo Artist category with his award presented by the former First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama.
The Blinding Lights hitmaker treated the audience to an unforgettable performance of his single Save Your Tears, pre-recorded from the US.
Dem Boy Paigon hitmaker JHUS scooped the Male Solo Artist award, which was accepted on his behalf by DJ Semtex in his absence.
Following a successful awards season stateside, One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles scooped Best British Single with his summertime track Watermelon Sugar.

Each winner was presented with the BRITs’ first-ever collaborative double-trophy, designed by Es Devlin OBE and Yinka Ilori MBE, with each recipient encouraged to re-gift the smaller trophy to someone else.

The show saw a total of 11 awards handed out alongside nine unbeatable show-stopping performances, six of which were able to be staged live in stadium.
The ceremony, which was broadcasted live on ITV, celebrated the return to live music and Dua Lipa promised those attending that it would ‘be a night to remember’.
The indoor ceremony and live show formed part of the Government’s scientific Events Research Programme, and used enhanced testing approaches to examine how events can take place without the need for social distancing after all restrictions are lifted on June 21.
Working closely with the Government to adhere to safety guidelines, The BRITs was the first live music show at The O2 in over a year, with 4,000 tickets being up for grabs – just one fifth of the venue’s 20,000 capacity
