Valentine’s Day might be a wrap, but Halle Bailey still has love on her mind. ‘The Little Mermaid’ star has fans riding for her after she hopped on X (formerly Twitter) and dropped a post about the kind of love she deserves — just days after the big romantic holiday.
On Feb. 17, Halle popped out with two pics of herself sitting on a lawn in a black dress decorated with roses. She sat next to a heart-shaped rose bouquet while holding another big bouquet in her hands. She captioned the set of photos, “
i deserve a love that doesn’t hurt ”
There’s no word on what made Halle Bailey drop that message, but some fans pointed out that it’s a lyric from her new single, ‘Back and Forth.’ Others co-signed, saying she does deserve real love.
