Your own one boss has thousands of bosses too (customers) .
that’s how it works, some has mentality to be leaders, and others have followers mentality.
We can’t all be CEOs if not we won’t have subordinates to work with and grow our dreams.
It’s like the food chain , the green pasture get energy from the sun through photosynthesis. The energy is then passed through to herbivores, who in turn gets eaten by the carnivores that top the food chain .
Lions won’t be hungry for grass , antelopes don’t want meat either.
So if u are a 9-5 worker , even if u are given a decision making position, u can’t function . I will ruin the company
And if you are a boss working 9-5, u will never be satisfied with yourself. Till u start up something
