Karren Brady showcased her dramatic weight loss in behind-the-scenes snaps from filming The Celebrity Apprentice Christmas Special.
The business executive and TV personality, 56, who is a Member of the House of Lords, recently returned to the boardroom alongside Lord Alan Sugar for the star-studded special of the entrepreneurial show.
And taking to Instagram earlier this week, Karren turned heads in a tweed mini-dress featuring capped sleeves and a belted design in an array of snaps taken during filming.
She paired the dress with black tights and stilettos as posed for snaps in the iconic boardroom.
Elsewhere Karren was seen wrapping up warm in a black padded jacket with a fluffy hood and waterproof trousers as she braved the snow alongside Children In Need’s Pudsey The Bear.
In another boardroom ensemble she opted for a black corset-style cropped blazer with high-waisted trousers.

Karren captioned the snaps: ‘Gingerbread baked. Pressure spiked. One celebrity cracked.
‘Tension ran high in the boardroom last night; the competition was fierce, and both teams brought their gingerbread magic to the table.’
She added: ‘Filming these celebrity episodes for @bbccin was such a joy. Huge thanks to every celebrity who rolled up their sleeves, gave it their all, and helped raise vital funds for this amazing cause.’
Last year, Karren, Lord Sugar’s adviser on the BBC TV show, spoke exclusively to the Mail on Sunday, saying: ‘I have lost quite a bit,’ as she showcased her slender frame while attending the Chain of Hope Gala, held in London’s Natural History Museum.
But she insists her willowy figure is not a result of taking the new weight-loss drugs, such as Ozempic, but from ‘bloody hard work’.
The businesswoman says she doesn’t know how much she has lost in total, as ‘I don’t weigh myself’, but thinks it is more than a stone and explained her recent weight loss was triggered by becoming a grandmother.
‘I have been on a health kick, I became a grandma, and I wanted to be a fit, healthy grandma, so I started eating healthy and exercising.
‘I haven’t joined [the Ozempic Club] – bloody hard work. It is okay losing it, it is keeping it off.

‘I have lost quite a bit – I don’t know, though, as I don’t weigh myself. I feel better for it. It is good because everything you put on fits.’
In a revealing interview with the Radio Times when she first joined The Apprentice in 2010, she said: ‘I worry I look posh and fat,’ adding: ‘I’ve spent 20 years battling my weight. Alan’s so fit and slim, I look huge in comparison.’
But Karren, who is the vice chairman of West Ham United, says Lord Sugar has been something of a health kick buddy.
‘He is great, he is very fit. He and my husband cycle when we go away on holiday. He is super fit himself, so if anyone is giving tips, it is him to me.
‘We went around Italy, which was lovely, on Lord Sugar’s boat. It was incredible. He is really lovely and has a wonderful family.’
In April, Karren’s daughter, Sophia Peschisolido, revealed she was pregnant with her second child.
The Apprentice star has since become a grandmother once again, just a year after Sophia welcomed a son with her fiancé Frankie Makin.

Sharing the news of her pregnancy on Instagram, Sophia shared a sweet video of herself and Frankie on the beach in Dubai in the sun, with her bump on full display.
She captioned the post: ‘coming soon… baby #2.’
Karren spoke about being a grandmother on The Apprentice You’re Hired earlier this year.
She said: ‘He is the most beautiful little boy in the world, and my daughter is a natural mother.
‘Mother and baby are doing so well, and I am so proud of her and her family and her husband and everyone is really well, so it is great.’
