Katie Price’s ex-husband Kieran Hayler has been charged with three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl.
The personal trainer, 38, is alleged to have committed the offences between June and October 2016 – in the middle of his marriage to the ex-glamour model, 47.
The pair wed in 2013 and went on to have two children, Jett, 12, and 11-year-old Bunny before splitting in 2018.
The alleged victim is not a member of either Katie or Kieran’s families.
Sussex Police told The Sun on Monday night: ‘We can confirm Kieran Hayler, 38, of Northchapel in West Sussex, has been charged with three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault against a 13-year-old girl.
‘The offences are alleged to have occurred at an address in West Sussex between June 1 and October 13, 2016.
‘Hayler remains released under investigation and is due to appear before Crawley Magistrates’ Court on November 19.
‘The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has received support from specially trained officers as our enquiries continue.’

A legal representative for Hayler said on Sunday night: ‘Kieran Hayler strongly denies the allegations made against him in its entirety.
‘Mr Hayler is fully engaged and has been co-operating with the police throughout the investigation and will continue to do so.
‘He looks forward to his name being cleared believing in the judicial system to do so.’
Representatives for Katie Price refused to comment when approached by the Daily Mail.
Hayler, who has also worked variously as an actor, stripper and reality star, first met Katie in 2012 before he proposed on Christmas Day of that year.
They married at the Sandals Royal Bahamian luxury resort in the Bahamas in January 2013.
This was followed by a wedding blessing ceremony at the Rookery Manor Hotel in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, in March of the same year.
The pair were joined for the event by 13 bridesmaids and friends including TV presenter Rylan Clark, model Danielle Lloyd and Liberty X singer Michelle Heaton.
The newlyweds then took a glamorous honeymoon to the Maldives.
It marked her third marriage, after her weddings to singer Peter Andre in 2005 and MMA fighter and actor Alex Reid in 2010.
She divorced the former in 2009 and the latter in 2012.
Katie gave birth to her first child with Hayler, Jett Riviera, in August 2013, before they welcomed their daughter Bunny a year later.
But in May 2014, while Katie was pregnant with their second child, Katie found out Hayler had been cheating on her with her best friend Jane Pountney.
She caught the pair kissing on a beach in Cape Verde and Hayler later confessed he had long been in a relationship with Jane.
Katie later found out he also had an affair with another of her friends, Chrissy Thomas.
She forgave Hayler after both of these infidelities: ‘He’s proved himself.
‘I have actually said to him, “I now forgive you, I do forget”, because I got to a point where I don’t have to worry about him. I trust him.’

But he then cheated on her again, in 2017, with their nanny Nikki Brown, which Katie said he denied at first despite Ms Brown’s confession.
The ex-glamour model explained at the time: ‘I was crying, asking, “How could you do this to me again?”
‘When I begged him to tell the truth he finally said, “Yeah, we have”.’
The pair renewed their wedding vows for the second time in July 2017, in a ceremony in the Maldives, after another similar event two years prior.
But their marriage broke down in 2018 and in May of that year, Katie announced she was opening divorce proceedings over another affair.
The split was only finalised three years later, in 2021, amid pandemic-related delays.
Hayler said at the time: ‘It wasn’t in our hands. There was no legal battle.
‘I said to her, “I will be the only person that doesn’t take any money from you because that’s not who I am, I don’t want her money”.’
After their divorce, Hayler began a relationship with flight attendant Michelle Penticost, with the pair welcoming their son Apollo Phoenix in 2021.
Hayler was also stepfather to Michelle’s son Valentino, 14.
The couple met in 2018 and got engaged in the Maldives 2020 but called it off in February this year.
Hayler’s representatives said at the time: ‘They separated on good terms and remain close, with their focus on Apollo.’
Along with her children with Hayler, Katie also has her son Harvey, 23, whose father is ex-footballer Dwight Yorke.
From her first marriage, to Peter, she also has her son Junior, 20, and her daughter Princess, 18, who now has her own reality show The Princess Diaries.
The pair met on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! and were married for four years, before they divorced in 2009.
Katie married her second husband Alex in Las Vegas in 2010 before they separated in 2011, with their divorce finalised in 2012.

The ex-glamour model has not married again since her divorce from Hayler but had a brief relationship with another personal trainer, Kris Boyson.
She then embarked on a two-year relationship with car dealer Carl Woods before getting engaged – but the pair called it off in 2022.
Most recently, she has started dating Married At First Sight star JJ Slater as of early last year.
Hayler was last pictured out in public at the Sellebrity Soccer charity football match at AFC Wimbledon’s Cherry Red Records Stadium on Sunday.
He posted a video on social media on Sunday evening of him flexing his muscles in a car park, captioned: ‘Fit check.’
Katie is currently on tour with her friend and former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona, 45.
The pair appeared in Swansea last night as part of their ongoing event, An Evening With Katie Price and Kerry Katona.
They are set to hit the stage in Northampton this evening.
It comes after Katie named the British TV star she claimed raped her more than 20 years ago.
She made the revelation during another tour appearance, on Tuesday last week.
According to The Sun, Katie drew gasps from the crowd when she named her alleged attacker.
The mother-of-five had always maintained she would not reveal who he was, but last year, she admitted she had changed her mind and would divulge in time.
Katie had made plans to reveal the name in a new book, after the MeToo movement encouraged her to speak out.
A source told The Sun at the time: ‘Katie thinks she has nothing to lose. After all the me-too stuff she thinks if other people have revealed their sex attackers, why can’t I?’
A spokesperson for Katie Price has previously declined to comment to the Daily Mail.
Katie first discussed the alleged rape in an OK! magazine column in 2009.
Her words came in response to allegations her then-partner Alex Reid had starred in a film which glorified rape.
She said: ‘Rape is a subject very close to my own heart. I was raped when I was younger, more than once. I’d never be associated with anything or anyone so sick.
‘I’ve never talked about this before, but I feel I have to now because I was so hurt by these accusations that I would not take a subject, which affects so many women, seriously.
‘I urge any woman who has been affected by rape and needs help to talk to somebody they trust about it.’
The Daily Mail has contacted Sussex Police and representatives for Kieran Hayler for comment.
