Red Bank Catholic (10-1), ranked No. 4 in the USA TODAY NETWORK New Jersey Top 25 rankings, looks to defend its title against No. 13 DePaul (6-5), which has won five of its last six games.
The Caseys beat the Spartans, 13-8, in last year’s Non-Public B title game. DePaul won the Non-Public Group 3 title (the predecessor to Non-Public B) in 2019. There were no state championship games in 2020.

DePaul went three-and-out on its first possession of the quarter. A punt gave Red Bank Catholic strong starting field position at its own 41-yard line.

Red Bank Catholic’s first drive ended with a punt that hit a DePaul player and was recovered by the Caseys at the DePaul 30-yard line. The quarter ended with Red Bank Catholic facing a fourth-and-goal from the four-yard line.
DePaul received the opening kickoff, and the Spartans first drive ended with a punt to the Red Bank Catholic 17-yard line.
