A busy motorway has been shut after a crash involving a car and a lorry near Gatwick airport.
Drivers heading towards Gatwick this morning have been stuck on the motorway after emergency services rushed to the scene of a crash.
The collision involving three cars and lorry forced a section of the southbound carriageway to be blocked and has led to heavy delays.
According to National Highways, the delays go on until Junction 8 of the motorway with the M25.
