A male childcare worker will face court next month charged with the indecent treatment of a young child at a Queensland daycare.
Police arrested the Cleveland man, 21, earlier this month.
It is alleged the offence involved a four-year-old child occurred at a Tingalpa child care facility in Brisbane’s east on July 10.
The man was charged with one count of indecent treatment of a child.
He was bailed to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on August 4.
‘Investigations by the Bayside Child Protection Investigation Unit remain ongoing,’ a police statement read.
‘There is no further information available at this time.’
