Meghan Markle dressed to impress as she attended Kris Jenner’s birthday party on Saturday night – donning more than $10,500 in accessories alone.
The Duchess of Sussex, 44, and her husband Prince Harry, 41, joined a parade of world-famous names for the exclusive James Bond-themed bash, held at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s $165million Beverly Hills mansion, according to TMZ.
The former royal’s take on the theme included a chic high-neck black top and maxi skirt with a slit up the thigh, believed to be Kardashian-approved Balenciaga.
But it was her jewellery and accessories that stole the show, with Meghan wearing a series of statement pieces from Aquazzura, a luxury Italian brand she’s been a fan of for many years, even before her wedding to Harry.
Meghan paired the brand’s chunky $625 love link earrings with their velvet bow tie clutch ($2,360) in the colour espresso, and matching heels ($1,105), also embellished with a bow.
The Duchess also wore a couple of her beloved staple pieces, including her $6,446 Cartier Love Bracelet, and what appeared to be her $160,000 engagement ring.
Unlike her husband, however, who wore a red poppy pinned to his tuxedo, Meghan’s pricey ensemble appeared to be missing the symbol of remembrance.
The pair’s fun-filled evening was worlds away from the solemn occurrences that took place in the UK on Remembrance Sunday – an event that, prior to relinquishing his royal role in 2020, Harry would have been expected to attend and lay a wreath at Whitehall.

Indeed, Meghan’s look needed to be a versatile one, as just hours before Kris’s party, they attended the Baby2Baby annual gala with Meghan’s long-time friend, Serena Williams.
The Sussexes have supported the non-profit organisation for several years through their Archewell Foundation.
Baby2Baby gala provides children in need across America with diapers, clothing, and other basic necessities – and Saturday’s lavish gala single-handedly raises millions of dollars each year to make the non-profit’s work feasible, its website claims.
Meghan also took a photo opportunity with the Baby2Baby co-CEOs, Norah Weinstein and Kelly Sawyer Patricof, who were both named among Time’s 100 Most Influential People of 2024.
Later, as they arrived for an evening of James Bond-themed celebrations, Harry entered the venue walking slightly ahead of Meghan, who trailed just behind him, aglow with an ear-to-ear smile.
They were joined by the world’s best known A-listers including Sarah Paulson, Naomi Watts, Martha Stewart and, of course, the Kardashian sisters.
Talking to the Daily Mail about the Sussexes’ entrance, UK body language expert Judi James explained that Harry longed to protect his wife from paparazzi, taking a serious approach, and allowing the attention to be on a ‘radiant’ Meghan.
The expert said that Harry and Meghan’s ritual here is ‘more old-school A-list’, with a rather serious and focused-looking Harry towing Meghan along like her personal bodyguard.
‘In star terms, this reflects her return to the big screen as an actress, while he seems to be back in ‘Spare’ mode here.

‘Harry’s expressionless mode directs the attention to his wife here, although his ritual is one favored by the likes of Travis Kelce, with the outstretched arm held behind and away from his torso to suggest muscle power, and with his hand gripped around Meghan’s in a similar ‘Big Paw’ Travis grasp that speaks of a desire to protect as they go past the press.’
The expert referred to the announcement made last week that Meghan is to return to acting and will make a cameo as herself in a new film, Close Personal Friends, alongside Lily Collins, Brie Larson and Jack Quaid.
Meghan is best known for her role as Rachel Zane in the hit US TV drama Suits, but she also had Hollywood roles in Horrible Bosses, Get Him To The Greek and Remember Me.
She was also once a ‘briefcase girl’ – one of the models who hold suitcases full of cash – on the US version of Deal Or No Deal.
Meghan’s attendance at Kris Jenner’s party comes amid rumours that the Duchess could be set to launch a Kardashian-style ‘mega brand’ after she was spotted cosying up to the British Dragon’s Den star who masterminded Kim’s hugely popular Skims range.
Multi-millionaire Emma Grede shared a flurry of posts featuring Meghan as the ‘star guest’ at her Los Angeles dinner on Instagram last month.

PR experts speculated the posts were an indication that Prince Harry’s wife is leaning on the businesswoman’s years of expertise ahead of launching a new venture.
The Duchess was photographed attending Emma’s vegan banquet, which celebrated women ‘owning their power’ and helping ‘each other get s**t done’.
Rumours of a potential new venture for the Duchess spread last month after she posted two clips on Instagram showing her applying lipstick – with the brand names obscured.
It’s a ‘tell-tale sign’ she may be gearing up to promote her own range, industry sources said at the time.
One told The Mail on Sunday: ‘On her Instagram reel, the make-up lined up on her dressing table was unbranded or had the brand labels obscured, which felt deliberate.
‘That’s a tell-tale sign Meghan has something in the pipeline. The fact she didn’t want to promote or reveal any other brand is a big clue that she’s gearing up to promote her own range eventually – it is a sign for industry insiders.’
