Fans’ hearts broke twice after seeing the photo and message she shared. As previously reported, Ray, real name Juan ‘Raymond’ Harper, died at 28. At the time, he was days away from celebrating his 29th on September 5.

Mother Speaks Out On Social Media

On September 8, The Shade Room reposted the photo message Rolling Ray’s mother shared on her Instagram (@nay49220). She posted a photo of her son leaning his head on her shoulder with his eyes closed as she smiled at the camera. She wrote “My Ray” with a broken-hearted emoticon on the IG Story repost. Meanwhile, on her feed, she captioned the memory:

“I don’t know how I’m gonna really keep going but I will….You wouldn’t see it any other way…I miss you, we all do.”
