Nigerian government should fight for us - Filmmaker, Mary Njoku speaks out after her 7am flight was moved to 6pm without explanation from the airline

Actress Mary Njoku has called on the Nigerian government to value its citizens and help fight for their rights.

The producer said this while calling out airlines that cancel flights indiscriminately without making an effort to refund passengers their money or pacify the customers affected.

In a video she posted online on Saturday, May 4, Mary said she was supposed to fly to Accra this morning by 7am for something that involved her children. She said she got to the airport at about 5 am only for her to be told that the flight had been moved to 6pm.

She said the cancellation of flights have led to people losing businesses and others. She appealed to the Minister of Aviation to come up with policies that will put an end to the trend of flight cancellations.
