A Nigerian pharmacist, Emeka, has recalled when an acquaintance advised him to poison some plantain on his farm after he complained that neighbours have been stealing them.
“I was gisting with an acquaintance some weeks ago and telling him how sad I was because my some of neighbors are always using a ladder to climb my fence and steal plantain from my farm and he said, “just buy sniper inject inside some of them, mark the ones wey you inject o make you no go enter trap wey you set for person.” I was too shocked to say anything. I’ve been avoiding him since we had that conversation,” he wrote on Friday.
