Paulina Porizkova stripped off and wore pink lingerie in her latest Instagram post.
The 60-year-old former model – who promotes body and age positivity – recorded a video showing off her impressively youthful figure in the comfort of her home.
She engaged with her 1.4 million followers as she noted, ‘In the last few years I’ve gained like 15lbs.’
In the clip, she answered the question: ‘How do you look so fabulous at 60?’
‘It’s all just in good light and posing,’ she went on to explain.
Zooming in on one of her arms, she pulled at the skin, and said, ‘The reality is this: I’m 60-years-old. This is what it looks like.’

She added, ‘And this tummy is not going anywhere. Also, it carried two children. And that’s… doesn’t matter how many Pilates lessons and how much weight I lift – the skin is just the skin.’
The star concluded, ‘But you know what? I like myself better this way.’
The caption included more context.
‘Smoke and mirrors, folks. That’s how you make it look good for a moment. The truth is, gravity takes its toll,’ Porizkova emphasized.
‘But! Gravity has also built your strength so you can hold your head higher than ever.’
Pointing out her bra and underwear, she added, ‘I first bought this lingerie set seven years ago for someone who couldn’t have cared less about the lingerie, he just needed me to be twenty years younger.
‘And now, even though I barely fit into it, it’s entirely worth to put it on just to see the look on my love’s [writer Jeff Greenstein’s] face.’
She declared, ‘And so with all the obvious so-called-flaws of age, I have never felt sexier and more at home in my skin.’

Porizkova will turn 61 in April.
She has been in a relationship with Greenstein for three years, after previously dating screenwriter Aaron Sorkin.
The star was married to The Cars musician Ric Ocasek from 1989 until their separation in 2018. Ocasek died in 2019.
They shared sons Jonathan, 32, and Oliver, 27.
In January 2025 she revealed, ‘I gained about 15lbs after my bilateral hip replacement in early 2024.’
‘The funny thing is, I was so happy with my life; the end of chronic pain, building a life with my love, traveling with friends and working on new writing projects – that I had no idea I had gained all this weight until I went to Paris for my first modeling job of the year. Which was in September.’
She noted, ‘I don’t exactly mind this new, fuller body. Compared to a year ago when I was 15lbs less but in constant pain, my new softness feels soothing.’
