Another day, another shooting incident involving a transgender individual. This time in New Hampshire.
From a Tuesday DOJ press release:
A Manchester resident has been charged in connection with a shooting that occurred over the weekend in Pittsburg, New Hampshire, U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan announces.
Blu Zeke Daly, a/k/a Cullan Zeke Daly, 26, was charged by complaint with one count of attempted murder of a federal officer and one count of assaulting a federal officer with a deadly weapon. Daly is currently obtaining medical treatment at a New Hampshire hospital and is under guard.
The arrest of Daly was covered by local news station WMUR. According to the report, the Border Patrol agent stopped Daly and asked if he used any other names. That was when Daly fled.
According to investigators, a Border Patrol agent came upon Daly driving alone in Stewartstown on Saturday evening. The agent asked if Daly used any other names, and Daly drove off, officials said, adding that the agent followed at a distance.
Daly was severely injured in the shooting and remains in the hospital at this point, said U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan. While investigators have not been able to speak with Daly yet, Creegan said they are speaking with “people associated with the defendant” to get a sense of why they might have acted in the way that they did.
WMUR also added this illuminating detail:
Daly may be transgender or nonbinary, according to the U.S. attorney and court paperwork obtained by WMUR. […]
“This individual did have a previous Massachusetts driver’s license that was denominated to be male and now has a New Hampshire driver’s license, which is denominated to be female. So, it’s a reasonable assumption that the person has decided to transition their gender,” [U.S. Attorney Erin] Creegan said.
Court paperwork obtained by WMUR shows that in 2024, Daly was granted a name change. Daly stated that they were changing their name because they are nonbinary.

Independent journalist Andy Ngo noted that this is the THIRD shooting in a month that involved a male going through the process of becoming transgender.
This isn’t getting coverage in the media but the gun person who allegedly fired upon and tried to kill a Border Patrol agent in New Hampshire is trans. This is the third trans sh—ting this month. “Blu Daly” is the trans name for Cullan Zeke Daly.

The attack is eerily similar to the neighboring Vermont deadly shooting attack on a Border Patrol agent last year by trans suspect Teresa Youngblut.
WMUR also covered the details of the shooting involving Youngblut, where her alleged partner-in-crime was also killed.
A Washington state woman was ordered held without bail Thursday in connection with the death of a U.S. Border Patrol agent in a case that has grown to encompass killings in multiple states.
Teresa Youngblut, 21, faces federal firearms charges in the Jan. 20 death of Agent David Maland. She’s accused of opening fire on agents during a traffic stop in northern Vermont, sparking a shootout that also left her companion, Felix Bauckholt, dead.

Another similar shooting, less than a month after the one in Vermont, is pointing to a pattern. Daly obviously had no fear of the Border Patrol, and it is questionable that he attempted to go to a closed border crossing in the first place. Daly’s motivation is even more dubious due to the fact that he fled, rather than answer the BP agent’s question.
“We’re still investigating everything about this individual, including potential motivation and what could have prompted them to be in the border area at that time of night, and what would have caused them to fire at a Border Patrol agent executing routine duties,” [U.S. Attorney Erin] Creegan said.
What is a clearer pattern, as my colleague Chad Felix Greene outlined, is the radicalization of already confused men and women who target federal law enforcement for injury or death. This scenario is becoming all too common.
Left-wing trans ideology, fueled by endless false information escalating fear, anger, and hatred, gives mentally unstable people the moral justification they need to target innocent people. While simply being trans is not an indication of being a threat, trans ideology clearly is. Pretending otherwise to protect a political narrative or identity group will not make anyone safer, including trans people themselves.

Whatever Daly’s intent and motivation, more will no doubt be uncovered when he is interviewed and through pre-trial discovery.
According to the complaint, on the evening of February 21, 2026, a Border Patrol agent encountered Daly driving alone in Stewartstown, New Hampshire, near the Canadian border. The agent asked whether Daly had used any other names, at which point Daly drove away. The Border Patrol agent followed at a distance. Shortly after midnight on February 22, 2026, Daly arrived at the Pittsburg Port of Entry on the border between the United States and Canada. The crossing was closed and the gate was locked. The Border Patrol agent activated his emergency lights and exited his vehicle, at which point Daly started to turn. Daly then fired a handgun at the Border Patrol agent. The agent returned fire with his own service weapon and shot Daly.
As stated above, Daly is hospitalized, being treated for the injuries suffered when the BP agent defended himself. He remains under federal watch. Daly has some charges against him, including assault of a federal officer and attempted murder of a federal officer. Once he is put on trial, if convicted, Daly faces a sentence of up to 20 years in prison and up to $250,000 fine for the attempted murder, and another 20 years and the same fine for the assault.
