Simon Guobadia Reportedly Asking For $500K In Lawsuit Against Porsha Williams Over Low Bedroom Performance Posts

Porsha Williams’ ex-husband, Simon Guobadia, is reportedly dragging her to court in a new lawsuit. He claims her shady Instagram posts about erectile dysfunction wrecked his reputation. He seeks a substantial sum in damages for lost business and additional compensation for the embarrassment. His lawsuit filing comes just weeks after he lost his court battle with Porsha, which saw a judge uphold their prenuptial agreement.

Simon Guobadia Says Porsha’s IG Posts Were A Low Blow

According to Us Weekly, Simon’s suing Porsha for defamation over November 2024 Instagram posts that he says falsely implied he’s got erectile dysfunction. His lawyer claims Porsha used her social media platform to drop “misleading” statements during their nasty split, aiming to humiliate him. “The posts were crafted to make people think [Simon] suffers from this condition,” his attorney argued.

The docs claim Porsha’s posts stated facts, but Simon denies having ED or any similar diagnosis. He demands $500,000 for lost sponsorships and business deals. This includes damages pertaining to emotional distress and public humiliation. Simon’s team says the timing of Porsha’s posts, amid their breakup, made it clear she was allegedly targeting him.

News of Simon suing Porsha over the erectile dysfunction post also popped up soon after it happened last year. Back then, TMZ cited court documents, citing the same accusations of being the subject of Porsha’s nameless post about ED and the hashtag “#Menshealthawareness.” It’s unclear if the new report from U.S. is citing an amended or brand-new claim from Guobadia.

Simon Spills He Regrets Marrying Porsha

In a recent Page Six interview, Simon Guobadia expressed deep regret over his 14-month marriage to the reality star. The Nigerian businessman claimed Porsha targeted him for his $40 million fortune. “I was targeted for financial reasons,” he fumed. Simon referred to the marriage as a “$5 million rehab project.” He says he was blindsided when Porsha filed for divorce in February 2024.

“I kept asking, ‘Why did you file for a divorce?’ And she wouldn’t say anything. This felt like a coup.”

However, a judge upheld their prenup, granting Porsha $40,000 per month in alimony and up to 36 months of use of their Atlanta mansion. Simon vows to appeal, saying, “I’m taking this to the Supreme Court if I have to.” Porsha’s camp clapped back, stating that she has moved on and wishes him well.

Porsha Williams Wins Prenuptial Lawsuit Against Simon

Porsha secured a legal victory in her divorce from Simon. A Georgia judge ruled in her favor on June 11, upholding the prenuptial agreement. Porsha is reportedly walking away with $40,000 a month in alimony for 15 months, per ESSENCE. Additionally, she’s keeping the Rolls-Royce gifted by Simon and the right to stay in their $7 million mansion until 2027, with Simon covering the mortgage. He also had to pay her legal fees! “I feel relieved,” Porsha told PEOPLE after the win.

Ahead of the legal loss, Simon argued that Porsha deceived him about her return to ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ stating, “She failed to disclose that she would return to her employment on ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta.’” The judge dismissed the claim, emphasizing that Porsha’s reality TV role was already widely known to him. Simon, now deported to Nigeria, plans to appeal, saying, “This matter is far from over.”
