Did Kelli Ferrell Spend $30K Of A Business Loan For Pampering? Chuvalo Mark Ferrell Says So

Kelli Ferrell, a castmate on the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ has come under strong accusations from her ex-husband, Chuvalo Mark Ferrell, who is alleging that she used thousands of dollars from business loans to fund her personal expenses and pampering sessions. Now, the allegations have escalated to emergency court filings, alleged conflicts of interest involving a court clerk, and Chuvalo Mark serving more than 40 days in jail.

But what’s really going on?

The Shade Room’s Justin Carter is getting answers on ‘TSR Investigates.’

Did Kelli Ferrell Use Business Loans To Fund Her Pampering Lifestyle? Chuvalo Mark Ferrell Says So

Nana’s Chicken-N-Waffles is a joint venture reportedly started by Kelli and her now-ex-husband. Chuvalo told Carter that he and Kelli received over $700,000 in business loans. Additionally, he says that Kelli wasted no time spending the funds on her “hair” and “makeup.”

“It was well over $30,000,” Mark alleged of the total missing funds. “… She was actually spending the money around her birthday — so, you know, just spending out of control.”

At that point, Chuvalo’s business manager, Latoya Francis-Williams, advised him to put the remaining funds in his personal account. This, to apparently protect the funds and seemingly incentivize Kelli to get her spending under control. Furthermore, a subsequent operating agreement barred Kelli and Chuvalo from borrowing money on behalf of the company or lending money from the company.

Per Francis-Williams, Kelli amicably agreed to the operating agreement’s terms. But Kelli has a different version of events.

What Really Went Down With The Business Loans?

Recently, Kelli sat down for an interview, alleging that her ex-husband wrongfully withdrew almost $500,000 from their business bank account. However, Chuvalo says that although he withdrew the money, he put it back into the account and portions, and did so to stop Kelli from misappropriating the money.

Nonetheless, Kelli reportedly told a court that she had no idea what was happening with their business. Scroll above to watch as Carter recaps the court clerk appearing to side with Kelli after years of frequenting Nana’s Chicken-N-Waffles. Additionally, Chuvalo’s lawyer explains how he was allegedly thrusted out of his own business and put behind bars. Now, what happens next? And why is Bravo TV also reportedly facing litigation?
