Sky Brown made history as she became Team GB‘s youngest ever Olympian in the park skateboard contest in Tokyo on Tuesday.

The 13-year-old produced a faultless opening run in her bid for what would be a famous gold, posting a score of 55.26 to initially move into first place.

She then produced another brilliant second run, getting her tricks in and on time, this time posting 57.40.

Brown guaranteed her progression after just the first two rounds, and in her final qualification round – she still scord 40 points despite finishing with 15 seconds to go –  that run alone would have placed her in sixth.
