The young guitarist at the center of rumors she is Keith Urban’s new girlfriend has gone to ground – but appears to already have a boyfriend, Daily Mail can exclusively reveal.
Urban’s ties to rising country star Maggie Baugh, 25, have come under the microscope in recent days after it was claimed the 57-year-old had become ‘unhappy’ with his 19-year marriage to Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman and moved on with a younger girlfriend.
An insider previously told Daily Mail that Urban’s new woman works in the same music circles as him in Nashville, the city he and Kidman, 58, made their family’s primary residence.
Baugh, a Nashville-based singer and musician who has performed on stage with Urban this summer as part of his High and Alive tour, soon attracted the attention of online watchers.
Videos showing Urban tweaking the lyrics of his songs during live performances to add Maggie’s name or to give her a nod have caused quite the stir among die-hard fans of the country legend.
Baugh, who has over 370,000 followers on TikTok, has seemingly hunkered down away from the online frenzy, which has seen her labelled a ‘homewrecker’ among other vile abuse.

She did not appear alongside him at his Thursday concert in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
And sweet social media snaps obtained by Daily Mail suggests online fans could be way off the mark – as she already has a boyfriend.
Baugh has been pictured in a series of loved-up photographs shared on March 7, by Cameron Coley, a 25-year-old lighting designer from California, who wrote: ‘1 year my love. A lifetime more.’
The pair are pictured traveling together, enjoying drinks and romantic dinner dates, all while putting on affectionate displays.
In one snap, a cowgirl hat wearing Baugh is pictured locking lips with Coley in a bar; while in another the pair are kissing while she is holding what appears to be a bottle of sparkling wine with the message ‘Opry Invite 12/16/24’ on the bottle’s label.
The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville is considered Music City’s biggest stage for rising and established country music stars.
The message on the bottle is a nod to Baugh’s Opry debut on December 16, 2024.

Baugh was nowhere to be seen at a three-bedroom property linked to her in an upmarket Nashville community, nestled near a golf course. Daily Mail located the property after matching it to a series of snaps she posted on social media promoting her tour.
Baugh moved to the property earlier this year from a chic urban apartment in west Nashville, where she lived with Coley, 25.
The new resident of her apartment told the Daily Mail that Baugh had been living in the apartment with Coley until the beginning of the year.
The woman, who did not give her name, said she reached out to Baugh via social media to let her know she was still getting her mail and that the apartment leasing office would forward it on, and that Baugh thanked her.
Neighbors near her new home claimed to have seen Baugh at the property earlier this week, with one revealing he saw her on Wednesday evening.
‘I haven’t spoken to her, she has just waved a couple of times. She moved in a couple of months ago,’ he added.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban shocked fans after it was revealed they had split after 19 years together on Monday
He said he had seen a few friends ‘come and go’ from the property and seen a van equipped with a trailer, carrying what he believed was musical equipment.
Another said she had seen a young woman emerge from the property at the beginning of the week, but didn’t know for sure if it was Baugh.
The neighbor suggested there seemed to be a constant rotation of cars and moving vans at the rental property.
But none of the neighbors Daily Mail spoke to had seen New Zealand born, Australia raised Urban at the property.
On Friday lunchtime, the Mail spotted a FedEx van delivering mail to the property for Coley.
It is unclear if the couple are still together, but Coley has liked Baugh’s recent social media snaps.
Neither Baugh nor Coley returned Daily Mail’s calls and messages.
When approached for comment at their apparent love-nest, a man claiming to be ‘James’ answered on a video doorbell and insisted we had the ‘wrong house’ and that he had rented there for four years and did not recognize the names Maggie and Cameron.
But online property listings show the property was put up for rent fairly regularly since its owners purchased it in 2020.
It was last listed for rent on November 15, 2024 for $2,200 a month and was removed by November 23, one rental website shows.
The landlord of the property did not return Daily Mail’s approaches for comment.
In a bizarre twist on Friday afternoon, an older woman came to the property shielding her face and planted a ‘For Rent’ sign with a rental firm name and phone number on the front lawn.
Calls and voicemails to that phone number went unanswered.
Baugh’s father Chuck Baugh previously told Daily Mail of rumors of his daughter dating the country superstar: ‘I don’t know anything about it, other than she’s a guitar player for him,’
Chuck, who lives in Florida, added that he had once met Urban during a performance last year in Las Vegas, Nevada, though he believed his daughter’s relationship with the singer to be more professional than romantic.
‘It’s more of a musician thing than a dating thing,’ he said, before notably admitting that he had ‘not heard one way or the other.’
