Trump Speaks on Lower Costs, Energy, the Border in Corpus Christi, TX Ahead of GOP Senate Primary – RedState

During a visit to Corpus Christi, TX, on Friday afternoon, President Trump talked to a crowd about energy, domestic policies and the rebounding U.S. economy, and their effects on the Lone Star state ahead of the midterms. The president brought up another election, too, which I’ll get to shortly.

Pres. Trump said that his administration has quickly brought back our energy production levels, while bringing down the runaway inflation Americans had been suffering under:

He continued with more on energy exports and imports, in the wake of the recent oil deal with Venezuela:

The prsident then invited native Texan and actor, Dennis Quaid, to speak:

A small business owner from Texas, who is a Marine Corps vet, celebrated the provision in the One Big Beautiful Bill that he says has most unleashed his family’s prosperity:

We are just American parents trying to give the best life to their children…

We have big dreams and are excited for the future of this nation and our family. We are grateful that God has given us a president like Mr. Trump.”

Amazing.

“Over the last nine months, zero people came through the Southern border,” Trump said at one point. The president of the National Border Patrol union, Paul Perez, stepped up to the microphone and laid out the simple reason that has been the case. Pres. Trump has allowed CBP agents to do their jobs:

And ahead of next Tuesday, March 3rd’s GOP US. Senate primary in TX, the president told the media he’s privately made his decision on whom he will endorse in the race. But when giving shoutouts to the three candidates, Senator John Cornyn, state Attorney General Ken Paxton, and Rep. Wesley Hunt (R-TX-38), during his speech on Friday, he didn’t reveal who that will be.

Stay tuned!
