Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is shocked Donald Trump is still alive despite the president’s ‘poisonous’ appetite for fast food, candy, and Diet Coke.
The health secretary sat down with Stephen Miller’s wife, Katie, for an interview on her podcast released on Tuesday. Miller asked Kennedy who in the White House had the most ‘unhinged’ relationship with food.
‘The president,’ Kennedy immediately replied. ‘You know, the interesting thing about the president is that he eats really bad food – which is McDonald’s – and then, you know, candy and Diet Coke. But he drinks the Diet Coke at all times.’
‘He has a constitution of a deity. I don’t know how he’s alive, but he is,’ RFK continued.
Kennedy then explained that Trump typically eats ‘junk food’ when he’s on the campaign trail or travelling for an event because he trusts food made by ‘big corporations.’
However, the health secretary noted that the president tends to eat healthier meals when he’s at Mar-a-Lago or the White House.
‘I think you get this if you travel with him, you get this idea that he’s just pumping himself full of poison all day long and you don’t know how he’s walking around, much less being the most energetic person, you know, any of us have ever met,’ Kennedy added.
Following Trump’s victory in the 2024 election, he famously posed for a photo with Kennedy aboard Trump Force One while eating McDonalds, with the future health secretary appearing visibly uncomfortable.
During Trump’s last physical exam at Walter Reed Medical Center in April, the president weighed 224 pounds with a height of 75 inches. His resting heart rate was 62 beats per minute and had a blood pressure of 128/74 mmHg.

‘But I think he actually does eat pretty good food usually. I mean, he’s got incredible health.’
Trump, 79, is the oldest person to be sworn in as president and his health has become a constant issue within his second term.
Visible bruising on Trump’s right-hand started to emerge over the summer with the White House claiming it is a side off of the president’s constant aspirin use.
The White House last month released Trump’s recent MRI scan that they claimed showed he’s in ‘excellent health.’
Later in the interview, Kennedy makes a bizarre comment about Trump’s testosterone levels.
‘Doctor Oz has looked at his medical records and said he’s got the highest testosterone levels that he’s ever seen for an individual over 70 years old.’ RFK Jr. told Miller as the two burst out laughing.
‘I know the president will be happy that I repeat that,’ Kennedy concluded.
Kennedy’s observation about Trump is odd because testosterone levels in men typically begin to drop as they age.
