Two men have been found with stab wounds in a house while a woman has been left fighting for life.
NSW Police found the trio at a property on Myall Avenue at Leura, in the Blue Mountains, at about 7.30am on Sunday.
Two men, aged in their 40s, were found with stab wounds and rushed to Westmead Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
A woman, aged in her 60s, was found unconscious at the scene and taken to Blue Mountains District Hospital in a critical condition.
A crime scene has been established with police launching an investigation.
One neighbour, who wished to remain anonymous, said they had no idea what was going on when they heard the sounds of the sirens.
