Stormy Daniels said she is willing to testify against Donald Trump in the New York ‘catch and kill’ trial and believes he should go to jail – but not for the crimes involving her.

The porn star, 44, at the center of investigation that brought the former president in front of a judge in a historic indictment and arraignment in Manhattan on Tuesday says she has ‘nothing to hide’, and is the ‘only one who has been telling the truth’.

Among the 34 felony charges against him, Trump is accused of facilitating a $130,000 payment to Daniels through his former fixer Michael Cohen to keep her quiet about an alleged affair the ex-president has denied.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is also targeting a $30,000 payoff to a doorman who claimed he had information about a child Trump allegedly fathered out of wedlock and a $150,000 to former Playboy model Karen McDougal.

He pleaded not guilty to the list of charges that carry a maximum of 136 years in prison and will appear in court again on December 4, after sparking pandemonium with his trip to the Big Apple this week.

In an interview with Piers Morgan, that will air on Fox Nation in full on Thursday, Daniels admitted she is scared by the prospect of being a witness in a trial the world will be watching.

But she is ready, insists if she is called she will look forward to it, and ‘legitimizes my story’ if she takes the stand.

‘It’s daunting, but I look forward to it. You know what I mean? Because I have nothing to hide,’ she told Morgan.

She added that he deserved to be hit with 34 felonies, but: ‘I don’t think that his crimes against me are worthy of incarceration.

‘I feel like the other things that he has done, if he is found guilty, absolutely, because a bigger problem is that if these allegations against him – or whatever else that we don’t know yet – he is found guilty or the evidence suggests that he is or whatever and he doesn’t, that it’s going to just basically… I mean it opens the door for other people to think they can get away with doing that and worse.’

The ‘Piers Morgan Uncensored’ interview with Daniels will air on Fox Nation today.

Morgan took to Twitter to announce on Wednesday: ‘I just finished an astonishing 90-minute interview with Stormy Daniels,’ Morgan wrote on Twitter.

‘Everyone’s had their say about her, now she tells HER story about the fling that may send President Trump to prison.’

He added in a separate Tweet: ‘It was one of the best interviews I’ve ever done… Stormy was feisty, fascinating, funny & incredibly forthcoming.’

It comes after she claimed that Trump had paid her a $130,000 ‘hush money’ payment to keep quiet about their sexual encounter in the run up to the 2016 election.

Following New York prosecutors’ investigations into the payment, a grand jury in March 2023 indicted Trump on charges linked to business and fraud.

Trump has pleaded not guilty to falsifying business records linked to hush-money payments to Daniels ahead of the 2016 presidential campaign.

While he vehemently denies having sex with Daniels, Trump admitted in 2018 that he authorized the payment to her. He said on Twitter that he paid his lawyer Michael Cohen a ‘monthly retainer’ to stop the ‘false accusations’ made by Daniels after denying knowledge of any payment for years.

About their sexual encounter Daniels said in March 2023 that they had ‘textbook generic sex’.

Trump has labelled the accusations and indictment as politically motivated and a ‘witch hunt’ forged by his Democratic opponents.

Trump is now the first former president to face criminal charges.

The former president was arraigned on Tuesday in New York City, after being indicted on 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree.

‘I never thought anything like this could happen in America. I never thought it could happen,’ Trump said Tuesday night.

‘The only crime that I have committed is fearlessly defending our nation from those who seek to destroy it.’

Daniels responded with a vulgar message that gloated over not being ‘under arrest.’

‘Y’all keep saying “c** dumpster” like it’s a bad thing,’ Daniels tweeted. ‘It’s definitely more fun being under my sexy man instead of under arrest.’

It remains unclear who the tweet was aimed at.

Also on Tuesday, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals awarded Trump close to $122,000 in attorney fees from Daniels over a failed defamation suit she brought against him in 2018.

Following the indictment and subsequent social media exposure for the adult film actress, Daniels has seen a dramatic spike in searches for her raunchy Pornhub videos.

The adult video site told TMZ that the same day Trump appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court, searches for Daniels went through the roof, with over 650,000 people seeking out her racy clips throughout the day.

This figure equaled a striking 32.4 percent increase compared to the first three months of the year.

On March 31, Daniels said Donald Trump is ‘no longer untouchable’ after he was indicted by a Manhattan grand jury – joking that she is not scared of him because she’s ‘seen him naked.’

The porn star warned there will be ‘death and destruction’ following the decision – which could see the former president facing time behind bars.

Speaking to The Times, Daniels said: ‘A person in power is not exempt from the law.

‘And no matter what your job or bank account says, you’re held accountable for what you’ve said and done, and justice is served.’

‘It’s vindication. But it’s bittersweet. He’s done so much worse that he should have been taken down [for] before.

‘I am fully aware of the insanity of it being a porn star. But it’s also poetic; this p***y grabbed back.’
