Woolworths have announced these are introducing customer limits about painkillers and toilet documents after reports of prevalent shortages around Australia credited the ongoing supply chain crisis.
The supermarket giant confirmed in a very statement on Thursday mid-day they were placing limits within the products as a ‘precautionary move’, after images of unfilled shelves flooded socail mass media.
The company refused to be able to rule out limiting other objects in the future and said they will continue to monitor stock degrees.
‘We understand this is an uneasy time for our customers throughout the country but we will continue to be open and operational as being an essential service,’ Representative of Stores Jeanette Fenske said in a statement.
‘We encourage all people to be mindful of others in soroundings and to continue shopping throughout reasonable quantities.’
