SCDF officers have been deployed and are currently at the scene fighting the blaze.

In a subsequent update, SCDF shared that they were alerted to the fire at about 5:30pm.

The fire involved building materials and office equipment and had engulfed three workshop units.

The fourth unit was partially affected at the roof area, but firefighters managed to prevent the fire from spreading further.

To contain the fire, firefighters surrounded the affected units with two water jets, two water monitors, an aerial monitor, and a firefighting machine to contain the fire.
