Inside Candice Swanepoel's rumored plastic surgery secrets... as she and new flame Tom Brady suspected of undergoing similar cosmetic tweaks

Candice Swanepoel and Tom Brady appear to be exploring a new romance—and their connection may extend beyond their reported relationship.

Earlier this month, reports surfaced that the 38-year-old Victoria’s Secret model had been seeing the 49-year-old retired NFL quarterback for “some time.”

People reported that the pair are taking a deliberately low-key approach as they get to know each other, keeping their relationship largely out of the public eye.

“They’ve been dating for a while now,” a source told the outlet. “They both live in Miami, so it’s very convenient. They’re spending a lot of time together.”

A second source said Swanepoel and Brady had been together for months, adding that the model had been “very secretive and selective” about whom she told.

The two are also said to have found common ground in parenthood. Swanepoel shares sons Anacan, 10, and Ariel, eight, with her former partner, Hermann Nicoli.

Brady is the father of Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, with ex-wife Gisele Bundchen, as well as 19-year-old son Jack, whom he shares with former partner Bridget Moynahan.

Their possible similarities may also extend to their approach to beauty and cosmetic treatments.

Candice Swanepoel and Tom Brady appear to have begun a new romance—and their similarities may go beyond their first impression

Dr Melinda Lacerna Kimbrell, a double board-certified plastic surgeon and owner of LA Plastic Surgery, examined images of both celebrities for Our News Outlet.

Beginning with Swanepoel, the surgeon said the model’s facial contours appeared to reflect a combination of volume removal in some areas and volume enhancement in others.

Dr Kimbrell, who has performed more than 1,000 facelifts, highlighted what she described as “sharply localized hollowing” beneath Swanepoel’s cheekbones—an effect she said does not appear typical of natural aging.

“Normal aging usually causes a more gradual and diffuse loss and redistribution of facial volume.

“To my eye, it appears more consistent with surgical excision of the buccal fat pads than with ordinary aging or weight loss,” said Dr Kimbrell, who has not treated either celebrity.

She also suggested that Swanepoel may have received filler in the lateral cheeks, chin and lips.

“That combination creates stronger highlights and shadows and produces the sharply contoured appearance people are noticing,” she said, adding that the overall effect makes the face appear longer, slimmer and more angular.

Dr Kimbrell further noted that Swanepoel’s outer brows and the corners of her eyes appear “noticeably more elevated and elongated” than they did earlier in her career.

“That looks more consistent with a lateral brow lift combined with a lateral fox-eye procedure than with Botox alone.

“A lateral brow lift changes the position of the brow, while a fox-eye procedure alters the orientation of the outer eye.

“When the two are combined, the upper face can look more elongated, feline and dramatically lifted,” she explained.

Dr Kimbrell also said Swanepoel’s nose appeared to show signs of surgical refinement after reviewing photographs of the model.

“The dorsum—or bridge—looks narrower, and the tip appears more defined than the boxier nasal tip visible in earlier photographs.

“Makeup can contour a nose in still images, but the degree of structural refinement suggests the possibility of a conservative rhinoplasty.

“The result does not look like an entirely different nose. It looks as though her original nose was narrowed and refined, which is typically the goal of a well-executed rhinoplasty,” she added.

Brady, meanwhile, may also have undergone cosmetic procedures, with Dr Kimbrell pointing to “possible signs of a brow lift, lower-face liposuction, masseter-muscle reduction and potentially buccal-fat-pad removal.”

But Brady himself may also have dabbled with cosmetic tweakments, according to Dr Kimbrell. Pictured: Brady in 2001

Do celebrities owe fans honesty about cosmetic procedures, or is privacy more important?

However, she cautioned that some of the apparent loss of facial volume could also be explained by weight loss and the natural aging process.

“Reducing the masseter muscles can narrow the rear portion of the jaw, while lower-face liposuction removes fat along the jawline and beneath the chin.

“When those changes are combined with overall facial-volume loss, the result is a significantly leaner and more sharply defined lower face,” she said.

In her overall assessment, Dr Kimbrell said the rumored couple do not appear to share the “same cosmetic blueprint,” although both seem to have a “similarly sculpted aesthetic.”

“Candice’s face appears to have been deliberately contoured through a combination of removing volume in some areas and adding it in others.

“Tom’s face appears to have narrowed through a different combination of lower-face contouring, muscle reduction, weight loss and normal age-related volume loss,” she explained.

The surgeon identified “two possible points of overlap”: some form of brow elevation and potential reduction of the buccal fat pads.

“While the procedure names may overlap, the techniques, proportions and final effects appear very different.

“I would describe this as a similar silhouette achieved through two different cosmetic road maps—not matching makeovers,” Dr Kimbrell concluded.
