Amanda Bynes is determined to show she is still “All That” as she continues her Ozempic-assisted weight-loss journey.
The 40-year-old former child star and teen favorite was seen highlighting her increasingly toned figure during an outing in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon.
When contacted by Our News Outlet, Bynes said she had “lost 43lbs so far” and added that her goal was to “look beautiful.”
The platinum blonde showcased her slim legs in short shorts as she left a 7-Eleven convenience store after buying two Alani Nu energy drinks in Cotton Swirl and Cotton Candy flavors.
Her latest appearance came just days after she showed off her dance moves on Instagram.
In the 10-second preview for her upcoming song Trap House, the former Nickelodeon star wore dramatic black eye makeup and a sleek metallic silver top tucked into loose cargo pants, completing the look with sneakers.
Bynes has teased that a full-length music video is “coming soon” for her collaboration with indie artists and producers Zabba and Lil Dexx, released through Create Music Group.

Bynes, who revealed last year that she was taking Ozempic, has reportedly lost around 40 pounds and is set to showcase the results in a forthcoming music video for her new song Trap House
However, several of the former Easy A star’s online critics accused her of using AI to create the clip in the comments section.
Some commenters also claimed that her choreography appeared strikingly similar to the routine performed by Blackpink member Jennie for her hit song like JENNIE, which was released in March 2025.
When analyzed by the online AI video detector UncovAI, the model reportedly determined with 93% certainty that the Trap House clip had been generated using AI.
The Daily Mail has contacted Bynes for comment.
The actress has otherwise been increasingly candid about her GLP-1-assisted weight-loss journey.
In December, the She’s The Man star told her social media followers that she had previously weighed 180lbs but had “lost 28lbs on ozempic!”
Functional nutritionist Monica Partier told Our News Outlet in March that Bynes appeared to have lost approximately 40lbs, which would place her weight at about 140lbs.

“Amanda keeps losing weight week after week; it’s very obvious,” Partier said. “Whatever she is taking is working well for her.”
“She must be at her weight goal by now, as she seems to be rather thin,” Partier added, suggesting that if Bynes continued making healthy lifestyle choices, “she could be able to keep the weight off even if she goes off the medication.”
The former What I Like About You star announced in 2024 that depression had caused her to gain 20lbs, saying her ultimate goal was to return to her teenage weight of 110lbs
Bynes first spoke openly about using Ozempic to support her weight-loss goals last summer, sharing updates on her progress through social media
“If you really want to keep your weight low, you have to stick to whole foods that are full of nutrients. But there are also healthy fats that can be included, such as nuts and avocados.”
Partier also advised, “As long as she is eating high-protein, vegetable-rich meals with limited processed foods, little dairy and very little sugar, she should be able to stay slender after stopping the medication.”
“There is a way to maintain the weight loss; she just needs to be diligent.”
In December, Bynes shared a photo of herself and revealed that she was “down to 152lbs,” while adding: “I know I still look big, but this photo is really inspiring to me!”
She announced in June 2025 that she was “going on Ozempic,” joining a wave of celebrities embracing weight-loss injections.
Bynes said she was “so excited” and explained that she hoped “to get down to like 130, which would be awesome so I look better in paparazzi pictures.”
By November 2025, she said: “I’ve lost 20 pounds so far. I’m so excited about that, to be honest. Also, I want to lose about 50 more pounds.”
Speaking to her 714,000 followers through Instagram Stories, Bynes said she was “163 now.” She explained that she had “actually shot up on the Ozempic pill, shot up to 180 from 173. So I was able to lose twenty pounds from 180 and now I’m down to 163 on the Ozempic injection.”
Bynes said the injectable medication was “working” and that she was “trying to lose more weight just to feel skinny and cute.”
She had previously said in 2024 that depression led her to gain 20lbs, adding that her ultimate goal was to return to her teenage weight of 110lbs.
As part of her continued focus on her appearance, Bynes had lip filler injected last August. In 2023, she also confirmed that she had excess skin surgically removed from her eyelids.
She described the eyelid procedure, known as blepharoplasty, as “one of the best things I could have ever done for my self-confidence.”
