Amy Schumer jokingly made another jab directed at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s extravagant Madison Square Garden nuptials that took place on Friday.
Just one day earlier, the 45-year-old actress poked fun at the A-list couple’s rehearsal dinner that was also held at the iconic venue in the Big Apple.
Swift and Kelce said ‘I do’ on Friday in front of 1,000 guests, but Schumer was not one of the lucky attendees to score a coveted invite.
The comedian jumped to her main Instagram page to share a photo of herself and fellow actor Michael Cera in the 2022 series Life & Beth.
Schumer could be seen wearing a wedding dress and sparkling tiara while Cera was dressed as a groom for a wedding scene in the show.
In the caption of the latest post, the star humorously penned to her followers: ‘Okay so why weren’t we allowed in?’

Schumer also made fun of the pop star’s mega wedding celebration this week after maintaining that she doesn’t have a feud with Swift.
On Thursday, the Trainwreck star posted a photo to her Instagram stories that seemed to target Swift and Kelce, while also appearing to purposefully use bad grammar to sharpen the sting.
‘Rehersal dinner was sick. Who know was she has planned for us tonight [sic],’ the comedian wrote.
The image showed Schumer plastering on a smile and wearing an odd outfit comprised of a black crew-neck sweater and red shorts with a pink fanny pack wrapped around her waist.
An orange polka dot scarf was neatly tied around her neck and a straw sunhat crowned her head as she clutched a cell phone.

Schumer, being a New York native who was born on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, might have a bone to pick with Swift as well, hence the tone of her latest social media shares.
However, it wasn’t the first time Schumer has made Swift the butt of a joke.
Back in 2016, the stand-up comic appeared to diss the outfit worn by the singer at the Grammys – an orange and pink Atelier Versace dress that showed off her abs and most of her legs.
‘Taylor that’s not a thigh gap. This is a thigh gap,’ Schumer cheekily captioned a photo of herself in a bikini and jumping into the air with arms raised high.
In the foreground, a friend who appeared to be fellow comedian Bridget Everett, playfully mugged for the camera.
That post upset some fans who defended Swift as they pounced on Schumer for passing judgment on body image, per Refinery29.
‘[A]n exfan. You should be able to celebrate yourselves and your bodies without putting down those with different body shapes,’ one snapped.
Another jokingly put forth: ‘You’re gonna get a song written about you now.’

Schumer responded to the furor by sharing another tongue-in-cheek picture of her in costume and wearing a faux beard.
‘That’s not a beard this is a beard. So sorry to anyone with a beard this may offend,’ the funny gal wrote. ‘I am a comic and should never make fun of myself at the expense of anyone else that I wasn’t making fun of in the first place. #relax #beard.’
Schumer also took to X, still known as Twitter then, to suggest: ‘How about everyone takes a deep breath.’
‘[Amy] loves Taylor and was making a joke because [she] doesn’t have a thigh gap,’ Schumer’s spokesman clarified, per Time.
Schumer, meanwhile, filed for divorce from her husband, chef Chris Fischer, in January of this year after seven years of marriage. They have a seven-year-old son named Gene David.
The comedian previously stated that her weight loss had nothing to do with the state of her relationship, insisting she shed the pounds ‘to survive’ rather than simply ‘to look hot.’

Adam Sandler notably officiated the anticipated nuptials.
Swift’s longtime publicist Tree Paine, who was also in attendance, offered details of the wedding in an email blast.
‘The bride and groom’s wedding ceremony looks have been created by Christian Dior Haute Couture.
‘They are designed by Jonathan Anderson, Creative Director of Dior Women’s, Men’s and Haute Couture Collections, in close collaboration with the Bride and Groom,’ Paine shared.
‘This is the designer’s first couture wedding dress for a world-renowned celebrity. Their shoes were custom made by Christian Louboutin and the bride wore Cartier jewelry.’
Paine also revealed that Swift did not have bridesmaids and the NFL player did not have groomsmen for the ceremony.
‘The bride and groom’s wedding ceremony looks have been created by Christian Dior Haute Couture,’ Paine shared; couple seen in March in L.A.
