Hailey Bieber, Alix Earle and more stars were seen arriving for night one of American Express Presents Carbone Beach on Friday — just days before engines will rev at the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix.
A source told Page Six that the Rhode founder, 29, arrived solo with a small entourage during cocktail hour and beelined it to the dining room before it opened to have some privacy as she didn’t want any photos.
“She wanted to stay under the radar and enjoy her night,” the spy told us.
Bieber was seated amongst several VIPs, including Bravo alum Bethenny Frankel and her new boyfriend, Shane L. Campbell.
Also at the party was Alix Earle, who was seen making the rounds in a cream dress, strappy sandals and an updo.
Moments after the TikTok star walked into the party, her ex, Braxton Berrios, arrived separately — and our spy told us they were seated at different tables.
Berrios, for his part, was seated at a prime table with Miami hospitality bigwig Myles Shear.
Other celebrities at the party included Kevin O’Leary, Wayne Boich, Julia Haart and her eldest daughter, Batsheva.
Kevin Hart was later seen walking to his table during dinner time and posing for photos with DJ Khaled, who arrived even later than the comedian.
At one point, Frankel was seen getting up from her chair and dancing, with our source telling us, “She looked like she was feeling the music.”
Spotted making the rounds at the ultra-exclusive supper club on the sand were Major Food Group co-founders Mario Carbone and Jeff Zalaznick.
At 11 p.m., surprise performer Ludacris took to the stage to rap his biggest hits including “My Chick Bad,” “Area Codes” and “Act a Fool.” He then brought DJ Khaled, Fat Joe, Wycleaf Jean and Jamie Foxx on stage to perform with him.
“The crowd was going nuts,” a partygoer said, adding,” Jamie showed off his pipes by singing ‘Gold Digger.’”
Earle also got on stage to take a selfie with Ludacris and the rest of the A-list attendees to capture the energetic evening.
Ahead of the fifth installment of the annual event, Chef Carbone exclusively spoke to Page Six about why A-listers keep coming back to the glitzy dinner.
“There’s really nothing quite like it between the Grand Prix,” he said. “But I think just in general, over the last few years, it has really come into its own. It’s a really very special event between the food production, the events production, the setting, the location and then certainly entertainment — the combination of all those things.”
He also reflected on his favorite celebrity memory from the yearly soirée — a moving performance by Andrea Bocceli.
“To have a performer on that level in our space and to be singing songs that I know really well and my mom loves … that whole experience was very, very emotional,” the culinary visionary said.
Past stars who have attended Carbone Beach include Jeff Bezos, Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, David Beckham, Travis Kelce, Tom Brady, LeBron James, James Corden, Serena Williams, Jamie Foxx and so many more.
As for previous performers, Lauryn Hill, Kygo, The Chainsmokers, T-Pain, Diana Ross, Nas, LL Cool J, Wyclef Jean and Busta Rhymes are some of the artists to ham out for the pasta-loving crowd.
We’re told that Saturday’s performance will be none other than Snoop Dogg, who is also set to hit the stage at E11even later in the evening.
