Jelly Roll is making his health and fitness journey a top priority while on tour and is traveling the country with a mobile gym and sauna.
The 41-year-old singer, who last month filed for divorce from his wife Bunnie Xo after nearly a decade of marriage, has shed more than half his body weight in under four years.
Before embarking on his dramatic weight loss journey, the acclaimed rapper once weighed 550lbs.
As of January, Jelly Roll – born Jason Bradley DeFord – is down to an impressive 265lbs thanks to exercise and lifestyle tweaks.
And it seems as though exercise and wellbeing remain at the forefront of the dad-of-two’s mind while on the road for his Little Ass Shed Tour.
Videos posted online revealed that he has an entire sauna, cold plunge and gym installed on his tour bus.
Jelly Roll’s custom 53′ rolling wellness center was designed to ‘bring training, recovery, and nutrition directly to every tour stop.’
Not only does it feature a full-strength training setup but there’s also a cardio zone which features equipment and ropes, as well as a dedicated boxing area.

After working out, Jelly Roll can unwind by taking a hot or cold plunge before gathering his thoughts in the sauna, which has infrared too.
Robes and sandals have been provided too and there’s also a full smoothie and nutrition bar should he want to refuel.
Jelly Roll’s portable wellness center was fitted in just four weeks by Fit Truk and Almost Heaven Saunas.
The singer was blown away after seeing his mobile gym for the first time and described the space as ‘unreal’ and ‘crazy.’
According to Fit Truk, it’s not just Jelly Roll who has embarked on a weight loss journey as the business claimed that members of his team have also lost 30, 40, 50+ lbs while ’embracing a healthier lifestyle on the road.’
Jelly Roll is currently on the road with his Little Ass Shed Tour, which began in West Palm Beach, Florida, on May 28.
The tour is set to conclude on July 22 at the Wine Country Amphitheater in Washington.
He is touring with Post Malone for part two of their Big Ass Stadium Tour, which returned on April 10 and is set to wrap in Japan on October 6.
Jelly Roll has been on a life-changing weight loss journey since 2021 and has credited running with helping him lose the pounds.
In April 2024, he told People that he was running two to three miles a day between four and six days a week.
He added to the publication: ‘I’m doing 20 to 30 minutes in the sauna, six minutes in a cold plunge every day. I’m eating healthy right now.’

Jelly Roll enlisted the help of a chef, sports nutritionist and even a therapist after tipping the scales at an estimated 540lbs.
He has slimmed down to 265lbs without the help of a GLP-1 medication, which is popularly used in Hollywood and beyond.
In December 2024, Jelly Roll shared his health and fitness goal: to land the cover of Men’s Health magazine.
‘I wanna be on the cover of Men’s Health by March of 2026. That’s my new goal,’ he announced on his wife’s Dumb Blonde podcast at the time.
He continued: ‘I wanna have one of the biggest transformations.’
Jelly Roll did exactly what he set out to accomplish, with the publication taking it a step further by filming a short documentary called A Year for a Life, released in January.

‘I was eating myself to absolute death,’ he said of his food addiction in the film.
Since then, he has set himself a new goal: to run the 26.2-mile New York City Marathon on November 1.
He also hopes to shed another 40 to 50lbs.
While Jelly Roll continues to throw himself into fitness, he is dealing with a public divorce behind the scenes.
Earlier this week, sources told TMZ that Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo’s decision to separate was ‘mutual’ after they tied the knot back in 2016.
They would have celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in August.
Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo first crossed paths in 2015 and sparked a romance shortly thereafter.
The following year, they married at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas.
They briefly split in 2018 after he had an affair and admitted that cheating on his wife had been ‘one of the worst moments’ of his life.
Country star Jelly Roll has two children – daughter Bailee Ann DeFord and son Noah Buddy DeFord – from previous relationships.
