While there’s great debate surrounding Rockstar’s decision not to give GTA 6 a physical disc release, gamers overall aren’t letting the disappointing news get them down.

However, one barrier to entry for many gamers when it comes to GTA 6 will be the game’s somewhat expensive price tag, running $80 for the Standard Edition and $100 USD for the Ultimate Edition. With both versions only seeing a digital release and many exclusive features being locked behind the Ultimate Edition paywall, fans are unsurprisingly trying to find any loopholes they can to get ahold of the game on the cheap.

Thanks to Microsoft’s unique MS Rewards program, XBOX gamers are actually able to use daily rewards points saved up over time to purchase gift cards to claim GTA 6 Ultimate Edition without spending any money at all. While it’s not really a revolutionary concept, gamers can earn points for using Microsoft products and services they may already use regularly, then redeem those points for gift cards, Xbox credit, sweepstakes entries, or charitable donations.

For example, as spelled out by players on Reddit, completing various Bing searches every day rewards users small amounts of Microsoft points that can quickly accrue, and if you save up these points gradually, you’ll eventually earn enough for more substantial rewards, such as $100 gift cards, etc.

Even if you don’t acquire enough points to get the game entirely for free on XBOX, you can earn points easily and at minimum get a few bucks off your purchase.
