Farrah Abraham reveals the staggering amount she's spent on plastic surgery

Farrah Abraham has been open about undergoing a series of plastic surgery and cosmetic treatments. Now, the former Teen Mom star is revealing just how much she believes she has invested in her face and body.

Her reported procedures include three breast augmentations, rhinoplasty, a chin implant, butt injections, cheek filler and lip filler.

In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com on March 12, ahead of her first stand-up comedy performance at Spearmint Rhino in New York City, Abraham discussed her past treatments, the money she has spent and the procedures she may consider next.

‘I’m very lucky that right now I don’t have overly done Botox because my smile would be like down,’ she said, pointing toward her jaw.

‘You couldn’t even know if I was laughing at my own jokes or laughing at my life with too much Botox.’

‘I would love to always keep in mind transformational things like injections and surgeries. That’s been part of my life.’

Speaking to DailyMail.com on camera, Abraham did not hold back when asked about the price of her various ‘transformations.’

‘I mean, my mouth is $50,000,’ she claimed.

Gesturing toward her body, the 33-year-old continued: ‘This whole thing, I mean gosh, my boyfriends really get a deal hanging out with me because it’s, like, a million-dollar body straight up.’

She said she needs to ‘have an insurance policy’ for her body, linking that mindset to ‘self-worth, self-investment, self-value’ and ‘divine femininity.’

Although she could not calculate the total cost of every procedure, Abraham estimated that she has spent ‘hundreds of thousands of dollars’ over the years.

‘I would say, yeah, like hundreds of thousands of dollars, and not just on my looks, but on my mental health, my wellness, my happiness, my confidence,’ she said.

‘So investing in yourself internally really pays off, as does getting sleep and rest.’

Because of her cropped blonde hair, full lips, curvy figure and Middle Eastern heritage, Abraham has recently been compared by fans to Kim Kardashian.

‘Kim and I have been compared, I think, for the entirety of me being on television.’

‘I was on her best friend’s, Foodgod’s, podcast. There are a lot of strange connections there, especially with reality TV and our successes equally,’ she said.

‘I think that’s a great compliment. I’m Syrian, she’s Armenian, and I love my Middle Eastern roots.’

Still, Abraham insisted she has never tried to replicate Kardashian’s appearance. ‘I’ve always been Farrah Abraham,’ she said.

Abraham’s cosmetic surgery journey began at age 19.

After giving birth to her daughter Sophia, she had her first breast augmentation in 2010, moving from an A cup to a C cup. Four years later, she underwent a second breast procedure, going from a C cup to a D cup.

The following year, she had a third breast augmentation in an effort to correct what she described as botched work from the second surgery.

In 2013, she underwent rhinoplasty and received a chin implant. She later had the implant removed after deciding she was unhappy with the result.

Over the past several years, she has also undergone multiple butt injections, including one she filmed in 2019, along with cheek and lip filler treatments.

She has additionally discussed having vaginal rejuvenation, saying the procedure was intended to make the area appear younger.

Asked whether she was considering another cosmetic treatment, Abraham said she would ‘love an invasive surgery next.’

‘Blepharoplasty is calling my name,’ she said.

Blepharoplasty is an eyelid operation that reshapes the area by removing excess skin.

She is also considering what she described as a ‘light facelift.’

‘I’m all about preventative care. People need to not shy away from that. I’m in my 30s, and that’s what’s up for 30-year-olds.’

‘I don’t ever feel like I need anything, but it is preventative. I would rather do things younger so I can bounce back, heal and recover than wait until later, when everything is more stretched out, costs more money and requires more recovery time,’ Abraham added.

Alongside her interest in preventative treatments, the Nebraska native said she regularly detoxes and cleanses in an effort to remove toxins. She suggested that her friend Brandi Glanville might benefit from a similar approach while dealing with facial disfigurement.

‘I’m actually friends with her. It’s really unfortunate. She definitely had, I think, an infection… Things can happen, like infections,’ Abraham said.

‘My little tip to her, because I don’t know what her body really needs and that’s a doctor’s opinion, is that I believe in really clearing out our bodies and naturally sanitizing them, using antioxidants to boost our systems.’

‘I’ve personally been doing that for years, and my body is healthier than it’s ever been when it comes to defending against bacteria and things like that as we age.’

Abraham also credits her sobriety and participation in the 12-step program, which offers support to people recovering from substance use disorders.

In March 2022, she spent 28 days at a trauma center, an experience she described to DailyMail.com as ‘such a gift of life.’

‘I think what you can heal while you’re parenting someone, and what you can instill, is that when you get too far off, you have a guide. The 12-step principles are a guide.’

‘You can elaborate, collaborate and see what works for you. My daughter is doing amazing in her relationships, in her friendships and in her schooling.’

‘So I know that 12 Steps works,’ she said of her 16-year-old daughter.

After reaching four years of sobriety, Abraham said she ‘despises alcohol’ and is moving beyond feelings of ‘anxiety’ and ‘depression.’ She also said she loves ‘the Farrah Abraham who I am,’ describing the moment as a ‘new era of Farrah.’

On March 13, Abraham took the stage for her first stand-up comedy performance at the upscale gentlemen’s club Spearmint Rhino, where many of her fans gathered to watch.

Dr. Drew Pinsky, a longtime figure in Abraham’s life who is known for hosting the Teen Mom reunion specials, attended the show with his wife, Susan.

‘There are no words. It’s a diary of a teen mom, and everyone knows I’ve been through so much. You’ve been living it with me on and off the internet, on television and everywhere else.’

‘It’s time to talk about it and laugh. Getting past difficult times and challenges is something to celebrate together with everyone who has supported me for the last 17 years,’ she told DailyMail.com.

Abraham first appeared on television on MTV’s 16 and Pregnant in 2009. She later starred in the network’s spinoff, Teen Mom, until 2012.

She went on to appear in additional installments, including Teen Mom OG from 2015 to 2018 and Teen Mom: Family Reunion in 2022.

As she enters this latest chapter, Abraham said stand-up comedy is not intended to be a temporary project.

She told DailyMail.com that she hopes to embark on a ‘200-stop tour,’ sell out arenas and become ‘one of the best comedians’ of her generation.

Netflix is also on her wish list. Abraham said the streaming service has been a ‘big topic of conversation,’ though she added that she could not ‘let anything out of the bag.’

Although her time on MTV reportedly ended after her involvement in the adult entertainment industry, Abraham said she plans to continue producing content for OnlyFans, where paying subscribers receive exclusive material.

‘I have no idea how long I want to stay on OF, but I will say I am hitting five years on OF and it is taking off more than ever,’ she said.

‘It’s still converting higher money and return. I’m a businesswoman. I will be there.’

She said she is also enjoying the unexpected opportunities and ‘exciting stuff’ that comes from the platform.

‘I do think I get a lot of influence from Saudi Arabian men who definitely offer hundreds of thousands of dollars and want me to come out there. It could be my Middle Eastern genes, but they love a lot of Farrah,’ she said.

Although the single reality star said she ‘doesn’t take them up on that offer,’ she admitted that she enjoys the ‘wild’ and surprising proposals she receives.
