Colorado Republican Lauren Boebert may be next on President Trump’s political hit list after the ousting of Kentucky Republican Thomas Massie on Tuesday night.
Boebert, who campaigned for Massie in the final days of his primary campaign, still thinks she can be a friend to both Trump and Massie.
In a post on X Tuesday night, she shared photographs of herself at her son’s high school graduation, captioned ‘Tonight I celebrated my son’s graduation! My friend & Co-Chair gave his all in Kentucky! Trump is my President! Jesus is Lord!’
Trump, however, told reporters on Wednesday he’d be open to trying to oust the 39 year-old Boebert, now in her third term.
‘If somebody comes along, I’d look,’ Trump noted, before adding, ‘It’s a little late in the race, but if somebody comes along, I’d look.’
Colorado’s primary election will be held on Tuesday, June 30, and the deadline for any write-in candidates to file for the general election is July 16.
Boebert has no primary opponents who made it onto the ballot.
In an earlier scorching Truth Social tirade over the weekend, the president mocked the firebrand Colorado congresswoman as ‘Weak-Minded Lauren Boebert’ while accusing her of betraying the MAGA movement by campaigning alongside Massie.

Bobert replied to the president’s attack on X, stating that she was ‘not mad or offended.’ ‘I knew the risks when I agreed to stand by my friend Thomas Massie,’ she added.
The Trump-Boebert tensions have deeper roots. Massie, a longtime Trump nemesis, revealed on Tucker Carlson’s podcast earlier this month that Boebert was hauled into the Situation Room last year and pressured to withdraw her name from a discharge petition forcing a House vote on the Epstein files.
The MAGA-aligned congresswoman didn’t budge.
As payback, Trump in December vetoed the Finish the Arkansas Valley Conduit Act, killing a water pipeline earmarked for communities across southeastern Colorado – a region that makes up roughly a third of the state.
‘The President vetoed a bill that would’ve brought water to a large portion of Colorado,’ Massie told Carlson, before questioning why Boebert’s constituents were being punished for her stance on the files.

‘Why are people in Colorado deprived of water? Because their representative wants to expose a sex trafficking ring,’ Massie told Carlson. Carlson replied that ‘none of this makes any sense at all.’
Massie and Boebert were also hit with an allegation of having an ‘intimate relationship,’ by Cynthia West, who allegedly dated Massie for five months shortly after the death of his first wife, Rhonda.
West, in a jaw-dropping interview with conservative provocateur Laura Loomer published on Monday, alleged that Massie has a burner phone that he called a ‘boner phone’, and even had an ‘intimate relationship’ with one of his Capitol Hill colleagues.
West told Loomer that the Kentucky Republican bragged about hooking up with Boebert because she was the ‘hottest woman in Congress.’
Neither Boebert nor Massie’s offices responded to the Daily Mail’s request for comment, and neither had addressed the bombshell claim as of Monday night. Massie and Bobert were both single at the time of the accusation.
Boebert has also been, at times, a thorn in the side of Republican leaders on Capitol Hill, including during her push for transparency in the case of the Epstein files.
When former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was being deposed over the Epstein files in New York back in February, Boebert took a photograph of her during the private session. She then leaked the image to MAGA influencer Benny Johnson.
The move prompted Hillary’s lawyers to ask that the proceedings be halted after the photograph began circulating on social media. It is strictly prohibited for lawmakers or witnesses to take pictures inside a closed-door congressional testimony.
Bobert departed the site of testimony shortly after leaking the image.
