This is the moment an adult male baseball fan was caught snagging a home run ball ahead of a young girl.
During the bottom of the fifth inning of Monday’s (27 April) game between the Tampa Bay Rays and Cleveland Guardians, Daniel Schneeman hit a two-run homer to right field.
A male fan tried and failed to catch the ball before it bounced towards a young girl. He then can be seen running over and taking the ball out of her hands.
The girl’s mother later shared online that the adult fan gave the ball back.
“The pressure resulted in the man giving her the home run ball back 3 innings later towards the end of the game,” she wrote on Facebook.
“It wasn’t the same but we appreciated him doing the right thing.”
