Friday is May Day, the day radical leftists come out and scream about the evils of capitalism.
Yet it’s always a funny thing when they do that; Why are they still living here, rather than fleeing to a Communist country, if they hate capitalism so much? Of course, they don’t because they’re hoping to push our country further left.
Now, you had a conglomeration of them out in D.C. for all the current causes: May Day, anti-Iran military action, and anti-ICE.
While they were in for a day of chanting the same things robotically, President Donald Trump was off to Florida for the weekend, where he would be speaking to people at The Villages and explaining how his economic moves will be helping seniors.
Photojournalist Andrew Leyden had some pictures of the Marine One helicopter, in a post on X taken around that time.
That’s when there appeared to be an amusing convergence: Trump flying out to go to Florida, and the protesters being right nearby along the flight path.

Fox confirmed that Marine One flew over the protest.
The protesters were not happy, yelling, with some of them flipping off the helicopter. Old man shakes fist at sky is a meme, but I think it just became real.
They can march all they want, but at the end of the day, it doesn’t change the fact that he’s the president, whether they like it or not, and no matter how much they scream.

I have a message for them. They’re not getting what they want. Oh, and Trump policies are actually better for them than the progressive nonsense they embrace. Here’s some of the action by Trump in FL:
Trump gave remarks at The Villages Charter School in Sumterville, where he spoke about no tax on tips, no tax on Social Security and putting seniors and workers first.
He was joined briefly by Dr. Phil McGraw, a vocal supporter of the president.
Crowds of Trump supporters started lining up outside the school early in the morning. Around 5,000 people were expected to attend.

He joked about being younger than them, but said these moves meant they will have more money to spend.
