Looks like 2025 is going to have a huat-tastic start.
The Toto draw on Jan. 3 will have a jackpot prize of S$8.2 million.
The prize money snowballed after there were no Group 1 winners in the last two draws which took place on Dec. 26 and Dec. 30.
The draw on Jan. 3 will take place at 9:30pm.
To facilitate the demand, Singapore Pools’ branches and authorised retailers will extend operating hours until 9pm on Jan. 3, Friday.
As part of the festivities, Singapore Pools is offering S$10 and S$20 packs.
The former comprises one Toto ticket and one Singapore Sweep ticket.
The latter has two Toto tickets and one Singapore Sweep ticket.
If no Group 1 winner emerges in the Jan. 3 draw, it would lead to the first cascade draw of 2025, where the top prize will reach at least S$10 million.
A draw that takes place after three consecutive draws without a Group 1 winner is known as a cascade draw.
