Rachel Uchitel reveals incredible results of $100,000 plastic surgery makeover after admitting she messed up her face with fillers

Rachel Uchitel has shared the striking results of a $100,000 plastic surgery transformation.

The 51-year-old podcaster and former Tiger Woods mistress underwent a deep-plane facelift, a tightening brow lift, under-eye and chin fat transfers, and a “columella” nose revision in August as she sought a more youthful appearance.

Uchitel, whose procedures were carried out by board-certified celebrity surgeon Dr. Ira Savetsky, said years of excessive filler had left her feeling that she had “f***ed up” her face.

Before surgery, she spent two weeks having the filler dissolved.

“I deflated my entire face before I got surgery, and my surgery was 11 and a half hours, and I was under for nine,” she told Our News Outlet.

Dr. Savetsky said Uchitel arrived with a clear objective: to move away from the overfilled look created by years of cosmetic treatments and regain a more natural, balanced version of herself.

“I wanted to create something as close to a blank canvas as possible before beginning her surgical transformation,” he said.

Photographs taken after Uchitel’s fillers had been removed but before her operation, alongside images from eight weeks after surgery, show a visibly smoother complexion and more defined facial features.

Her face now appears significantly tighter, while her laugh lines have been greatly softened.

“Our goal was essentially to reverse that overfilled aesthetic, restore more youthful facial proportions, and achieve a result that looked elegant, refreshed, and, most importantly, natural,” Dr. Savetsky explained.

He said years of filler injections and energy-based skin-tightening treatments had made the tissue planes unusually sticky, with dense scar tissue and adhesions in several areas. That, he noted, made the operation considerably more complex than a typical first-time facelift.

“Despite extensive dissolving treatments, I still encountered residual filler during surgery,” he added.

Rather than restore volume with additional filler, Dr. Savetsky used fat taken from Uchitel’s own body.

“We used her own fat, employing a combination of microfat and nanofat, to strategically address volume loss in her temples, midface, under-eye region, and chin,” he said.

“Microfat was used to restore subtle structural volume, while nanofat was used to improve skin quality and the appearance of delicate tissues,” he explained.

Uchitel said she is delighted with the outcome and has already received compliments while out in Palm Beach, where she lives with her husband, Dan Donovan.

“Everyone is like, ‘Wow, you look amazing.’ And the word isn’t, ‘Oh, you had something done.’ The word is, ‘You look really refreshed!’” she said.

“There’s so much shame around ageing and beauty, and what is beautiful and what is natural, right? And you should feel good about wanting to maintain whatever level you want to maintain yourself,” she continued.

“I’m 51. I just got married. I care about what I look like.”

Uchitel was so happy with her makeover that her husband also visited Dr. Savetsky for a brow lift, an experience he reportedly enjoyed.

Dr. Savetsky said Uchitel’s move away from fillers reflects a broader change in cosmetic surgery preferences.

“For years, the trend was toward more volume, more filler, and more exaggerated features. Now, patients are increasingly coming to me asking for the exact opposite. They want their natural facial contours back. They want to look refreshed without looking artificially enhanced,” he said.

“Rachel didn’t want a new face. She wanted her own face back.”

Uchitel has been openly chronicling her recovery on social media, where she has more than 300,000 followers.

She also hosts the podcast Miss Understood With Rachel Uchitel, interviewing guests on subjects ranging from true crime and pop culture to politics and plastic surgery.

Uchitel began exploring cosmetic treatments after turning 50.

In January, she revealed that she had received sculpting injections in her buttocks just one week before her wedding to Palm Beach-based CEO Dan Donovan.

Uchitel had initially hoped to undergo a full Brazilian butt lift, but said “the best surgeons in the country” told her she did not have enough body fat for the procedure.

“What I wanted was a skinny BBL – nothing overdone, nothing dramatic. Just a little more lift and shape so I looked fit and athletic,” she explained on Instagram at the time.

Uchitel and her security company CEO husband married during a lavish three-day celebration in Palm Beach, Florida, on New Year’s Eve.

The bride wore $1 million worth of diamonds and jewelry from Nini Jewels and the Watch King Moshe Haimoff as she exchanged vows in front of 130 guests.

Among those attending were former Real Housewives stars Jill Zarin and Kelly Dodd, comedian Heather McDonald, radio personality Paige Davis, and MTV star Bam Margera.

Uchitel was previously engaged to James Andrew O’Grady, who was killed during the September 11 terrorist attacks.

Following that engagement, she married Wall Street trader Steven Ehrenkranz in 2004. The marriage lasted four months.

Her second marriage was to former football player Hahn and lasted three years. They divorced in 2014 and continue to co-parent their daughter, Wyatt Lily, amicably.

Uchitel became an overnight media sensation after her affair with Woods was revealed in 2009.

After the scandal emerged, the professional golfer admitted that he had cheated on his wife with more than 120 women.
