Harrison Ford, 84, looks sprightly as he shows off his toned legs in tight bike shorts while cycling in Malibu

Harrison Ford may be 84, but the veteran actor is showing little interest in slowing down.

The star was photographed cycling through Malibu in the sunshine this week, appearing energetic as he made his way around the coastal city.

Ford, best known for films including Blade Runner and Indiana Jones, sported black cycling shorts and a charcoal-gray windbreaker for the outing.

He paused during the ride to pick up food from a local truck before setting off again.

The actor is frequently seen on his bike and has previously said cycling helps him stay active.

“No, I don’t work out like crazy. I work out a bit — I ride bikes, and I play tennis,” he told Ellen DeGeneres in 2020.

Ford is also an enthusiastic pilot who owns several aircraft. However, he recently told People that he has been spending more time riding his bike.

“I fly from time to time, but I’m cutting back,” said Ford, who sustained serious injuries — including a broken pelvis, shattered right ankle, broken arm and scalp laceration — when his vintage World War II aircraft crash-landed on a Los Angeles golf course in 2015.

“One does not replace the other,” he explained. “But I used to spend a lot of time flying. Now I spend a lot of time on my bike.”

“I really enjoy being outside in nature on a bike, and that’s recent for me — the last three or four years,” he added.

“I’ve always ridden bikes, but I’ve ridden road bikes, and now I enjoy riding mountain bikes. And we have a beautiful place to ride it in here with the Santa Monica Mountains.”

Cycling is just one part of Ford’s fitness routine. He also plays tennis, does light resistance training, skis and follows a healthy diet.

The Indiana Jones star has been married to Calista Flockhart for 16 years.

Before that, he was married to Mary Marquardt from 1963 until 1979. He later wed E.T. screenwriter Melissa Mathison in 1983; the couple announced their separation in 2000, and their divorce was finalized in 2004.

Ford’s latest outdoor outing follows his receipt of a Life Achievement Award at the Actor Awards in March.

The ceremony recognized the Hollywood veteran’s six-decade career, prompting Ford to deliver an emotional speech about his long journey in the industry.

“I’m in a room of actors, many of whom are here because they’ve been nominated to receive a prize for their amazing work, while I’m here to receive a prize for … being alive,” Ford said from the stage.

He later became visibly moved while reflecting on how fortunate he felt throughout his career.

“Sometimes we make entertainment; sometimes we make art. Sometimes we’re lucky to make them both at the same time, and if we’re really fortunate, we also get to make a living doing it,” he said.

“Success in this business brings a certain freedom that comes with responsibility to support each other, to lift others up when we can, to keep the door open for the next kid, the next lost boy who’s looking for a place to belong.”

“I’m indeed a lucky guy. Lucky to have found my people, lucky to have work that challenges me, lucky to still be doing it. And I don’t take that for granted.”

“I want to say thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart, to my peers, to my extraordinary, beautiful wife Calista and my family, who have given me love and courage through all of it. And thank you to SAG-AFTRA for honoring me with this prize.”
