Joy Behar announced that she will be taking a hiatus from The View.
The show’s longtime co-host, 83, said she will miss a number of upcoming episodes while speaking with producer Brian Teta on The View’s Behind the Table podcast on Tuesday.
Behar explained she will be traveling to Europe for a short vacation before going to New York to star in the play My First Ex-Husband.
Teta revealed a few of the people who will be stepping in for Behar, including Trump-hating podcaster Kara Swisher.
Sheryl Underwood will also be among the stars stepping in for Behar.
Ana Navarro, a current co-host of The View, will step in for a few days, as will Whoopi Goldberg.

‘This is your last podcast for a little bit, because next week you’re not going to be here. Are we talking about this?’ Teta asked her.
‘Well, they made me bank the weekend shows even though I’m not here. You better tell people why I’m not [going to be on the show],’ she replied.
Behar then detailed her upcoming itinerary: ‘I fly to Paris this week, and then I go take the tunnel to London after a week.’
‘And I’ll be in London a second week doing my play, My First Ex-Husband, at the Boulevard Theatre in the West End.’
‘We have Jackie Hoffman and I being the two American women talking, then we have two British actresses. Doesn’t that sound like fun?’
