Sofia Vergara has fueled romance speculation with Dan Reynolds after both stars recently ended long-term relationships.
Vergara, 54, was married to fellow actor Joe Manganiello, 49, for eight years. Their divorce has returned to the spotlight after Manganiello made explosive claims about their relationship in his new memoir, Bloodlines.
Reynolds, the Imagine Dragons frontman, previously dated Minka Kelly, 46, for four years before the couple split earlier this month.
Vergara and Reynolds were seen dining together in Los Angeles over the weekend, prompting fresh speculation about the nature of their relationship.
According to TMZ, the pair also attended Doja Cat’s birthday celebration together.
Sources told the outlet that Vergara and Reynolds appeared to behave like a couple. At one point, they were reportedly seen sitting closely in a corner of the room and engaging in what appeared to be a flirtatious conversation during the party.

The pair initially met for dinner at Cipriani in Beverly Hills on Friday. They were joined by Anastasia Soare and an unidentified male companion, making a group of four.
Vergara dressed for the evening in a dark, low-cut dress and wore her brunette hair loose in a sleek, straight style.
Reynolds opted for a more relaxed look, wearing a dark navy T-shirt that complemented Vergara’s outfit.
At one point during the meal, Vergara and Reynolds appeared to briefly hold hands.
Later, they attended rapper Doja Cat’s 31st birthday party together.
Reports said the pair made a discreet departure shortly after midnight.
However, a source told People on Monday that Vergara and Reynolds, 39, had simply joined mutual friends for what was described as “a friendly group dinner.”

Vergara and Manganiello ended their eight-year marriage in July 2023, and their divorce was finalized in April 2024.
Their past relationship has recently drawn renewed attention following allegations Manganiello made about Vergara in Bloodlines.

In the memoir, he claimed that Vergara allegedly refused to embrace him while he was suffering from a serious autoimmune illness.
Manganiello described a life-threatening health crisis that lasted seven years, and he has shared distressing photographs about the experience on social media.
Manganiello wrote that he believed Vergara’s former partner had caused his unexplained illness through a “voodoo curse.”
The Magic Mike actor said he theorized that the alleged curse may have come from Nick Loeb, Vergara’s former partner. Loeb and Vergara were involved in a lengthy legal dispute after their 2014 separation over the fate of two fertilized embryos created during their relationship.
Manganiello also claimed that, after he became ill, his then-wife Vergara allegedly “refused to hug him even when he begged.”
At the same time, he credited Vergara with helping save his life by authorizing emergency surgery to remove part of his intestines.

He alleged that their marriage became “devoid of any emotionality whatsoever” as his illness worsened.
According to Manganiello’s memoir, his health began deteriorating not long after his 2015 wedding to Vergara.
Manganiello, who said he considers himself “lucky to be alive,” wrote that medications typically prescribed for Crohn’s disease and colitis failed to ease his pain. He said he was “forced” to use hydrocodone pills, fentanyl patches and marijuana despite having been sober for 13 years.
He wrote that the pain became so overwhelming that he contemplated suicide in 2019, a period that led him to adopt his chihuahua, Bubbles.
Manganiello said his desperate search for treatment placed further strain on the marriage. He claimed that the relationship became “devoid of any emotionality whatsoever” and that Vergara “refused to hug him even when he begged.” He also alleged that she mocked him over Bubbles.
“I had to give my gun away because I kept thinking about it, and then the dog came. I went from being the patient to the caretaker,” he said.
Manganiello also rejected Vergara’s previous explanation to Spanish newspaper El País that their marriage ended because he wanted children while she did not.
He said his illness ultimately led him to abandon plans to start a family with Vergara after unsuccessful IVF attempts and discussions about using egg donors. Manganiello said he “didn’t want to die and leave Vergara with a child who wasn’t biologically hers.”

Manganiello’s unusual theories emerged after sources claimed that Vergara, who recently shared a cryptic post about “narcissistic” men, had not been given advance notice of what he intended to write about her.
Meanwhile, Reynolds recently ended his four-year relationship with Kelly, adding to the interest surrounding his apparent connection with Vergara.
Reynolds was last publicly seen with Kelly in May this year, when they made their red-carpet debut at the 2026 Museum of Contemporary Art Gala.
